By creating an account or using Sammvadam AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You sign in using Google or email. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
"Your Content" means agents (voice or chat), system instructions, knowledge bases, voice recordings, transcripts, bookings and anything else you provide. You retain all rights to Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
The Service uses third-party AI providers (Lovable AI Gateway by default; optionally OpenRouter if you supply your own API key). Voice and chat conversations are processed by these providers under their respective terms. You are responsible for any content you ask the agent to produce.
Usage is metered by the real duration of each conversation session (rounded up to the minute) for both test and published agents and for both voice and chat modes. When your remaining minutes reach zero, agents stop responding until you top up. Built-in AI usage is also subject to a fair-use daily cap. If you connect your own OpenRouter API key, additional provider charges apply directly to you.
You may publish an agent at a public link or embed it on your own website. You are responsible for the content the agent produces on those surfaces and for any notice or consent your jurisdiction requires from visitors who interact with it.
You agree not to use the Service to harass, defraud, impersonate without consent, generate illegal content, send spam, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
The Instant Support inbox lets you message the Sammvadam team and share screenshots. It is meant for product help and account questions. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or illegal content. Our team may take reasonable time to respond and may close threads that violate these Terms. Messages and images you send are visible to authorized Sammvadam admins.
If you enable Personalization and collect customer bookings — optionally synced to a Google Sheet you own — you are the data controller for that information and are responsible for complying with applicable privacy law (GDPR, DPDP, etc.). You may disconnect the Google integration at any time from Settings.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI responses may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sammvadam AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
